Refund Policy

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis as I try my very best to ensure customers are happy. In every case, I personally inspect the crystals before I ship them off to their forever home. This is to ensure customers are satisfied with them. Each request that I receive will be treated fairly and reasonably. Thus, communication and honesty if valuable and important between myself and customers. I believe that when treating customers evenly and respectfully they are also fair and polite with me.

 

Returns

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns at this moment. But if you have any problem with your purchase, please contact me at CrystalCarriageMore@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how I may address your concern. I am always happy to help!

 

Defects

I aim to get it right the first time the first time around! This is why I try my very best to inspect each crystal 3-4 times throughout the time that I choose the crystal and right before it gets shipped off to its forever home. Unfortunately, things happen when the lovely crystal(s) get shipped and once it’s handed off to get shipped, there is nothing that I can do.

 

Can I Update My Order?

Kindly note that I try my hardest to get orders ready to ship as soon as possible, and as such, may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact me at CrystalCarriageMore@gmail.com with your order number and details on the change.

Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Kindly note that I try my hardest to get orders ready to ship as soon as possible, and as such, may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact me at CrystalCarriageMore@gmail.com with your order number and I can take care of it for you!

Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

 

Can I Refuse Shipment?

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Crystal Carriage & More. This amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to me at CrystalCarriageMore@gmail.com before your order is shipped.

 

 

SHIPPING

Delivery Times

Please note that the delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the package(s) is/are sent to my shipping provider, arrival times are out of my control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Crystal Carriage & More is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Canada Post
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery (I do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

Canadian Orders

Crystal Carriage & More uses Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

 

US Orders

Crystal Carriage & More uses Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

 

International Orders

Crystal Carriage & More uses Canada Post to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

 

VAT Charges

UNITED KINGDOM: 20% VAT paid at checkout. Orders over £135 may attract additional import duties. NOTICE 143. Packages may not be delivered until additional charges are paid.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. may be subject to additional customs, duties & taxes determined by the destination country, order value and contents.

International customs, duties & taxes are not included in the product prices and/or shipping cost. Customs, duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated or shown at checkout. To determine these costs, please check with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing. These additional fees may be required to pay before or upon the delivery of your order.
